Brickhouse BBQ Sauce was created out of necessity. It stuck around because of the people who loved it enough to keep in their back pocket, just in case.

Each sauce is crafted and bottled by hand. For over 20 years, these sauces have served as the backbone for competition barbecue. Pairs perfect with ribs that fall off the bone, tri-tip right off the grill, or on top of a fresh grilled chicken salad.

The competitive grilling circuit wasn’t ready in 1997 when the Fennacys hit the scene. While everyone was busy manning the grill, something more important was happening on the side. Meredith Fennacy was tired of the same barbecue sauces and wanted something different - so she took matters into her own hands.
This led Meredith Fennacy to create something better, “The Original” Brickhouse BBQ Sauce was born. While there’s been different brick ‘n’ mortars, side ventures, and pit masters, the sauce has always remained.
